After near 3 years developing the project, DESTEX comes to its end. The consortium held its final meeting, the second time the partners were able to meet physicallly since the Kick-off meeting, last April 28th and 29th in Milano, Italy.
The meeting began with Materially, the host partner, welcoming everyone and continued with the Univeristy of Boras, the coordinator partner, presenting the administrative aspects of the project as well as some indications regarding to the finances.
Afterwards, AEI Tèxtils, the Communication leader, presented the results for the communication (website, social media channels and general dissemination of the project) for the last semester as well as the whole project lenght period quantitative indicators for this topic. Cre.Thi.Dev. presented the evaluation and quality results for last meeting and the last semester.
Then, LCI shared their view regarding the IO1 and how to improve teacher’s knowledge in advanced textile materials and trainings for the companies; DSKD reflected about some aspects of learning activities related with the IO 2 – Training book and Materially explained the process how the IO4 – Good practices handbook was designed, developed as well as its exploitation plan.
During the meeting, the partners had the chance to visit Materially’s facilities and discover multiple textile materials and products developed -or for potential development-.
Finally, on the second journey of the meeting, Polimi presented the experience of the IO3, the Hackathon challenges and partners also discussed about the final report management.
