The Station is a first-person sci-fi detective story set on a space station sent to study a sentient alien civilization. Taking on the role of a scout, players must unravel a mystery that will decide the fate of two civilizations. How would you react if we discovered an intelligent alien civilization that challenges everything we know about biology, chemistry, physics, religion and answers the questions that man has asked throughout history?

But what if this sentient alien civilization were discovered in a state of civil war? Determining that the reward outweighs the risk, an undetectable space station with a small crew of three is sent to explore the alien culture in search of a means to a peaceful relationship. Unable to contact the crew, a reconnaissance specialist is sent to find out what happened. What players discover will challenge their notions of surveillance, imperialism, and moral law.
